Evidence and current applicability

This guide summarizes historical community references. Current stock, route conditions and quest rewards have not been tested by this site. Check your server before committing money or cargo.

The shared catalog covers Oak, Elm, Birch, Volcano/Lava, Frost/Ice and Phantom. Reported locations and axe compatibility are shown with their evidence status. This is a selected reference catalog rather than an exhaustive list of every tree in the game.

Rates and measurement units

Rates refer to an unverified community measurement unit, not to one arbitrary log or plank. A larger piece can contain several units. Use a reported rate only as an explicit scenario assumption and confirm the matching unit.

Measure the actual wood before and after processing. Sawmill settings can change output dimensions; comparing rates for equal-sized pieces does not prove a profit multiplier. Record the sale and the full preparation time for your own batch.

Test capacity and the return route

Test a small load with your own vehicle. Capacity depends on piece dimensions and loading, so enter a capacity measured in the same unit as your total cargo. Check both the outward and return route; no fixed journey time or safe shortcut is promised.

  1. Start with equipment you can afford and a short return route. Check the item name and cost in your server before purchase, keep enough money for the return journey, and change one part of your setup at a time so you can compare the result.
  2. Test a small load with your own vehicle. Capacity depends on piece dimensions and loading, so enter a capacity measured in the same unit as your total cargo. Check both the outward and return route; no fixed journey time or safe shortcut is promised.
  3. Record travel, harvesting, loading, processing and sale time together. Subtract the costs actually paid from the sale receipt. Compare net income per minute only for trips you measured; this site does not provide a verified money-per-hour ranking.
HAUL SCENARIO

Vehicle Haul & Cargo Planner

Compare a transport scenario using your cargo volume, capacity per trip, selling rate, and travel costs.

Vehicle names identify your setup only. Enter your own capacity estimate; this tool has no verified vehicle capacities or purchase prices.

Cargo volume and capacity must use the same volume unit, not a count of boards with different sizes. Match your rate to that unit. For cubic studs, volume is length × width × height. No thousands separators; use 1.2340 for an unambiguous three-place decimal.

Reported wood rates come from the shared community catalog. Their current game units and conversion are unverified. Adopting a value for your selected unit is a scenario assumption, not a promised payout.

Enter your assumptions and calculate to see a loading plan. Check actual access and loading conditions in the game before departing. Editorial policy and evidence limits
